Saint John police are seeking the public’s help as they investigate an alleged assault over the weekend.
On Sunday, at approximately 12:15 a.m., officers responded to an assault at the Brunswick Square parking garage at 44 Chipman Hill.
It is alleged that there was a group of people in the parking garage when a man, approximately 22 years old with facial tattoos, assaulted the victim with a skateboard.
A 19-year-old man was taken to the hospital with what police describe as serious injuries.
No arrests have been made, and investigators are appealing for anyone with photographs or video of the incident to come forward.
