After several weeks of erratic pricing in New Brunswick, the president of Canadians for Affordable Energy believes fuel prices could drop this week.
Dan McTeague believes the price of gasoline will fall by about 3 cents per litre.
He thinks diesel could dip by as much as 7 cents per litre.
The current maximum for regular self-serve gasoline is $1.731 per litre and $2.099 for diesel.
Prices will be adjusted at midnight by the Energy and Utilities Board.
