Saint John police say two people have been arrested after an alleged stabbing at an uptown bar.
Emergency crews responded to the 100 block of Prince William Street around 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
“Officers arrived to discover a 19-year-old man had allegedly been stabbed and sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to hospital,” police said in a news release Monday.
Two men, aged 23 and 24, were later arrested in connection with the incident.
Police said they were both released on conditions with a promise to appear in court on June 23.
