Slippery Road Conditions
Police are warning drivers to slow down and give themselves extra time due to icy road conditions.
Saint John police closed Foster Thurston Drive from Ashburn Road to Sandy Point Road after several vehicles, including a salt truck, slid into the ditch.
Shortly before 9 a.m. Saturday, police said the road was once again open to traffic.
KRPF Traffic wants to advise the motoring public that the roads are very icy this morning. If you must travel, take your time and give plenty of space between you and the vehicle in front of you.
