New Brunswick drivers are paying a bit more for gas and diesel on Thursday.
The new maximum price for regular self-serve is $1.206 per litre — an increase of 0.6 cents.
Most stations in Saint John are selling for about three cents less per litre.
This time in 2018, drivers were paying more than $1.33 per litre for regular gasoline.
Diesel has jumped by 2.8 cents to a new maximum of $1.32 per litre. That is about five cents lower than it was a year ago.
Furnace oil is also up 2.8 cents to $1.17 per litre while propane climbed 0.3 cents to 94.7 cents per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board resets prices every Wednesday night at midnight.
