Military officials say more underwater diver training will take place at Grand Lake over the coming days.
The Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME) will be training near the Waterborough and Youngs Cove wharves from July 8 to 12.
While most of their training takes place within Base Gagetown, the maximum depth of its lakes and rivers are only about 21 metres.
Standard combat diver training requires dives to also take place at a maximum depth of 30 metres — which ideally suits Grand Lake.
The public is asked to keep an eye out while enjoying activities in and around the Grand Lake area.
The CFSME held similar training in those areas of Grand Lake in June.
