Atlantic Business Magazine is out with its first annual list of Best Places to Work in Atlantic Canada.
There are 20 winners in the inaugural awards program, chosen from nearly 130 nominations submitted.
“There are many excellent employers across Atlantic Canada, but this program was established to recognize companies and organizations that are 100% committed to HR excellence — workplaces where going above and beyond is the norm,” said executive editor and co-owner Dawn Chafe.
Judging categories included: corporate culture; work/life balance; diversity, equity and inclusion; benefits/remuneration; incentives/rewards; professional development and opportunities for career advancement.
Nine winners are based in New Brunswick, six are in Nova Scotia, four are in Newfoundland and Labrador, and one is in Prince Edward Island.
