A former Canadian Prime Minister is giving his name in support of the front runner in the Conservative Party of Canada leadership race.
In a video statement, Stephen Harper detailed that Pierre Poilievre is the candidate whom he believes will win the next election for the Tories.
There are a total of five names in the race to be the leader of the current opposition party. The party election will be taking place this September.
Harper served Canada as the Prime Minister for the Conservative Party from 2006-2015.
