A 42-year-old Yarmouth woman, a 17-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl are dead after a crash on Nova Scotia’s South Shore.
It happened on Highway 103 near East Port Hebert, between Shelburne and Liverpool, on Monday afternoon.
RCMP say the car was heading west when it left the road and ended up in the ditch.
The driver of the vehicle, a 38-year-old woman from Blockhouse, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The three passengers were all pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, a collision reconstructionist also attended the scene.
The highway was closed for several hours as part of the investigation.
