A shortage of lifeguard staff in the province is forcing at least one pool to reduce aquatic activities.
Fundy National Park will keep its pool closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until further notice due to staffing challenges.
This goes into effect on July 12th.
Pool closures during the pandemic reduced the number of training hours which has resulted in fewer qualified lifeguards in New Brunswick and across the country.
