Saint John was jammed full of activities and people over the weekend as the Memorial Cup continues.
It was hard to find a spot at an uptown patio on Saturday with a sunny sky and an early game between Saint John and Shawinigan.
People were also drawn to Fanfest and the Hockey Hall of Fame display at Market Square, the One for All District, and the Bash on the Bay concert series.
Mayor Donna Reardon said she is loving the event.
“The city has just got a wonderful vibe to it right now,” Reardon said.
The mayor was able to attend one of Saint John’s games with the other regional mayors.
Reardon said the weather has been cooperative overall for the event.
