A Canadian born movie director is in Italian court for sexual assault allegations.
Born in London Ontario, Paul Haggis has been accused for having sex without consent with a victim over the course of two days.
Currently, the 69 year old director’s freedom is being decided by a judge if he will stay in jail, be released or be sentenced to house arrest pending the police investigation.
Haggis wrote Oscar winning movie Million Dollar Baby along with co-writing, driecting and producing the Academy Award winning movie Crash.
