Forty-three-year-old Philip Matthew Francis was sentenced this week.

Police searched a Westbrook Circle home in March last year, and seized several electronic devices.
Francis was arrested the same day.
He will also be on the National Sex Offender Registry for Life and be required to submit a DNA sample.
Once released, he will also have to abide by several conditions including not communicating with anyone under 16 years old.
The New Brunswick RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit includes members from the Saint John Police Force and the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force. The RCMP’s Digital Forensics Services Unit, the Codiac Regional RCMP and the RCMP National Child Exploitation Crime Centre assisted with the investigation.
