The Maritime Junior Hockey League has a new President.
Troy Dumville takes over from Steve Dykeman, who stepped down from the position in March.
Dumville has previously been an owner, general manager and coach in the league.
Most recently, he worked with NHL Central Scouting, and has been a scout with the Columbus Blue Jackets since 2019.
In a release, the league says Dumville’s extensive background in hockey management and understanding of the MHL will forge solid working relationships.
His first event as President will be the MHL’s Annual General Meeting on June 17th in Amherst.
