A fire at a 16-unit apartment building in Fredericton has forced 13 people from their homes.
The blaze broke out in a three-storey building on Regent Street late Tuesday afternoon.
The Canada Red Cross says the fire heavily damaged one unit and caused smoke damage in seven others.
Residents of eight apartments were able to return home late Tuesday evening, while the rest are still waiting for an update.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
