Police say a man has been arrested for impaired driving after a collision in east Saint John.
Officers were called to the intersection of Loch Lomond Road and Hickey Road around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
“It is alleged that a vehicle had proceeded at a high rate of speed through the intersection, struck a curb, and then collided with a utility pole,” police said in a news release.
The 32-year-old driver was arrested and released with a court date in August.
Police said no serious injuries were reported in the incident.
