Hours are being reduced at NB Liquor and Cannabis NB as a preventative measure against COVID-19.
The Crown corporation says it will allow employees time to look after their health and families.
It will also give them additional time to properly clean stores and ensure shelves are stocked.
They will close their doors on Sundays and reduce their hours to 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Sobeys and Loblaw companies will also reduce their hours.
Sobeys will now be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to allow time to clean and restock shelves. The first hour will be dedicated to those most vulnerable and who require extra attention, particularly seniors.

Atlantic Superstore will reduce its hours to 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the first hour being set aside for seniors. They are also not accepting cash, only debit, credit and gift cards.
