NB Power crews have restored power to more than 4,000 homes and businesses in Kings and Queens counties.
A transmission outage Monday afternoon affected several communities in the Springfield and Coles Island area.
According to the utility’s website, the lights were back on by around 3:30 p.m. Monday.
It was the second large power outage to impact parts of Kings and Queens counties on Monday.
Earlier in the day, more than 7,200 customers were affected by an outage, which extended from southwest of Sussex to the Petitcodiac area.
Power was restored shortly before noon after crews transferred customers to an adjacent power supply.
