Veterans Affairs Canada offering some tips for coping if you don’t like this time of year.
The tips include doing only what you need to do to cope until you feel better.
They also suggest getting some rest, eating well, do some light exercise and avoid being alone.
The list also recommends avoiding caffeine, drugs and alcohol.
A majority of people surveyed by Psychology Today spoke of feeling happy over the holidays but also felt stressed, irritable and sad.
