A Hampton woman is launching a new film series which explores the reality of spiritual experiences.
Danielle d’Entremont — known as the Maritime Medium — said the premise of Sync In is noticing how the universe speaks to us through synchronicities or meaningful coincidences.
“There’s so much more to that moment when you think of someone you haven’t seen in a long time and then you see them later that day at the grocery store or you get the phone call from them,” d’Entremont said.
“There’s something to that. There’s a reason why you thought of them before it happens later that day.”
D’Entremont said she was inspired to create the series, which has been in the works for several years, after realizing how many gifted healers there are right here in the Maritimes.

The series will feature several Canadian psychics, mediums and shamans, with a special focus on the Maritimes.
D’Entremont said the pilot episode has been filmed and the scripts for the six-episode first season are written.
The series has been pitched to several broadcasters and producers, and although d’Entremont has yet to hear back from any, she is continuing to press forward.
“This may be a series that I’m so passionate about that I may just continue doing on my own,” she said. “I may fund myself because I believe in the power of what it can do on its own or I may continue looking into grants for women in film.”
D’Entremont said she hopes the series will bring people peace, especially those dealing with the recent loss of a loved one.
