His company Jeff Alpaugh Custom sells The Worlds Most Dangerous Dress Shirts and has been on Dragon’s Den and now he will be off to Argentina in September to teach and learn from like-minded entrepreneurs.
Jeff Alpaugh of Fredericton has been invited to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit being held in Buenos Aires in September. Alpaugh tells our newsroom he does have some ideas he’d like to bring up to his fellow entrepreneurs.
“That maybe for the first three to five years there could be some sort of program that allows them to sort of operate as if they are already at scale, so maybe some of their shipping costs are subsidized or some website costs are subsidized. Something that would be across the board to apply to all entrepreneurs.” says Alpaugh.
Alpaugh says shipping and website costs eat up a lot of the profits of any company that’s just starting out and it would be great to get that changed.
