Enterprise Saint John has a new boss and his name is Ron Gaudet.
He’s from New Brunswick but has been working in Ontario most recently.

Gaudet spent the last 8 years working for a number of economic development agencies including Windsor-Essex and Kitchener-Waterloo.
He says he’s delighted for the opportunity to return to New Brunswick and to work with the excellent staff, board and community partners of Enterprise Saint John.
Gaudet says he’s not concerned about the communities that Enterprise Saint John taking them to task adding he takes that as a bit of a compliment.
He says when those isssues are happening it means people are paying attention to where there dollars are spent and they are listening to the community.
Gaudet begins his new job on November 1st.
A hiring committee which included Mayor Don Darling and ESJ board members conducted a lengthy search with over 50 candidates from several provinces and states.
The staff and board of ESJ are grateful to current CEO Steve Carson for his leadership and guidance over 20 years.
Carson starts his new job as Director of Strategic Real Estate with the City of Saint John next month.
