A member of the Hells Angels from Fredericton is now facing 12 new drug and weapon charges and remains in custody after being denied bail.
Robin Moulton has been identified by the Mounties as a full patch member of the Hells Angels MC Nomads NB and was arrested on August 22.
The 48-year-old Moulton, a bearded, heavily tattooed man, made an appearance in provincial court in Saint John, where two previous charges against him were withdrawn and a dozen new counts were presented to the judge by the prosecution.
The Crown has moved to withdraw 2 current drug & weapon charges for Moulton & instead, there are 12 counts in the new information.

Here are the charges laid against Moulton:
- Careless storage of a 9mm handgun
- Possession of a prohibited 9mm handgun
- Possession of a loaded, prohibited 9mm handgun
- Possession of a 9mm handgun while prohibited
- Careless storage of a .308 calibre rifle
- Possession of a silencer for a dangerous purpose
- Possession of a silencer without proper authorization or licence
- Possession of a firearm with a prohibited device while prohibited
- Possession of ammunition while prohibited
- Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
- Trafficking cocaine
- Possession of a press to be used for trafficking
After a bail hearing was held, provincial court judge Andrew LeMesurier denied Moulton bail.

Moulton’s next scheduled court appearance is on October 12 in Saint John to set a date for election and plea.
