In a brief news release, the Dogs’ president Trevor Georgie says Young has been relieved of his duties and they wish him well in his future endeavours.
Georgie goes on to say they have a great, very experienced, hockey person in head coach Danny Flynn adding they are confident in Danny and he has their support.
Trevor Georgie will assume the GM duties for now and the organization has no further comment at this time.
