It’s going to be a nasty night with an intense storm blowing through the Saint John region in a short period of time, dumping a lot of snow with strong winds.
Jeffrey Hilliard of Environment Canada says 20 centimeters of snow and ice will fall before changing over to rain after midnight as the temperature rises.
The winds along the Fundy Coast could gust as high as 90 kilometers an hour. Hilliard says this is a fast moving storm system and it should be over an done with by tomorrow morning’s commute.
