The carnage continues in areas of the Gulf Coast of Texas from catastrophic flooding from once Hurricane and now Tropical Storm Harvey. More than 8,500 people have been rescued in the Houston area but Brock Long of FEMA says there are other areas that have been hard hit by Harvey in the last day or so, with Beaumont and Port Arthur getting 20 inches of rain overnight. Long says 50 counties are being impacted by the storm that re-intensified and made landfall for a second time in East Texas. Long says they are far from reaching the recovery stage from this storm in fact he says FEMA will be looking for people to volunteer for up to the next two years as the Gulf Coast of Texas rebuilds.
