We’re shining a spotlight on these organizations to share how they’re continuing to help our community through the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as how we can help support them.
During these uncertain times, Make-A-Wish® Canada (unified with Children’s Wish Foundation) remains focused on keeping their wish families, supporters, volunteers and staff safe. Make-A-Wish Canada remains committed to providing joy to critically ill children at a time in their lives when they desperately need it. Wishes provide kids hope when they need it most. Wishes not only increase hope, they also improve the physical and emotional health of the child, making the impossible, possible — helping children replace fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. Without you, it simply would not be possible to bring the much-needed hope and joy that a life-changing wish delivers, to so many children and families. There are currently 48 wishes in waiting across New Brunswick. Together we can shine a light of hope and joy for children in their darkest days, bringing them strength for tomorrow.
